Attorney scorecard
Outcome, award and timing statistics for every attorney in the registry, computed directly from the decisions in this database. Use the condition filter to compare like with like: a docket heavy in SIRVA settlements will always show a higher win rate than one heavy in contested encephalopathy claims, so the headline win rate mostly reflects case mix. The contested win rate column counts only reasoned decisions, where a Special Master actually ruled on entitlement.

Reading attorney-level results
Attorney attribution comes from the counsel line of each published decision and is normalised across spelling variants, so an attorney who moved between firms is counted once. Attorneys with fewer than fifteen cases are omitted here because a handful of outcomes says little; their full case lists remain on the attorney hub pages.
As with firms, the headline win rate is mostly a description of the docket an attorney carries. The contested column, restricted to reasoned entitlement decisions, is the closer proxy for litigation results, and the settled share shows how much of a practice is negotiated rather than tried.
