MARK THOMAS, on behalf of his minor child, Z.T. v. HHS - HPV, autonomic nervous system dysfunction (2021)

Mark Thomas, on behalf of his minor child Z.T., filed a petition alleging that a July 26, 2017 Gardasil vaccination caused autonomic nervous system dysfunction. The petition was filed on March 18, 2021.

The Special Master noted that the statutory 240-day period for issuing a decision had expired. On March 18, 2021, the petitioner filed a Notice of Intent to Withdraw his Petition and requested an order concluding proceedings.

The Special Master granted the request and issued an order concluding the proceedings, but no judgment was to be entered by the Clerk's Office.
