Taylor Wickline v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Taylor Wickline filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 10, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving Gardasil vaccinations in 2007, 2009, and 2011, which worsened after each subsequent dose. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On December 2, 2021, Taylor Wickline timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding proceedings on the merits of the petition.
