Neana Gatica v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Neana Gatica filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 10, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving a Gardasil vaccination on July 2, 2010, which she claimed worsened after subsequent vaccinations on September 7, 2010, and January 1, 2011. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued on December 2, 2021.
