Tara Nowakowski v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Tara Nowakowski filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.N., alleging injuries after receiving a Gardasil vaccination on March 9, 2018, which then worsened after a second vaccination on October 19, 2018. The petition was filed on December 10, 2021.
