Amy Lynn Vakalis v. HHS - HPV, premature ovarian failure (2017)

Amy Lynn Vakalis filed a petition for compensation on February 10, 2015, alleging that the administration of Gardasil vaccines on December 15, 2006, February 12, 2007, and a third unrecorded date caused her to develop premature ovarian failure.
