Chastity Teofilo v. HHS - HPV, other (2026)

Chastity Teofilo filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on March 14, 2025, alleging injuries after receiving three human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on March 15, 2023, May 15, 2023, and September 15, 2023. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On December 10, 2025, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition, concluding the proceedings on the merits.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
