Sally Ali v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Sally Ali filed a petition for compensation on October 30, 2025, alleging injury after receiving three human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on January 31, 2023, April 6, 2023, and August 7, 2023. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Sally Ali was notified that she could withdraw her petition or have it remain before the special master.

On October 29, 2025, Sally Ali elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
