Natasha Dorsey v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Natasha Dorsey filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 3, 2024. She alleged injuries following three human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations administered on October 10, 2021, January 5, 2022, and May 6, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Ms. Dorsey was notified that she could either withdraw her petition or have it remain before the special master.

On June 27, 2025, Ms. Dorsey elected to withdraw her petition.
