Bonnie Jayne v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Bonnie Jayne filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, H.H., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on November 9, 2020, and July 9, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On March 20, 2025, Bonnie Jayne timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings.
