Valerie Edwards v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Valerie Edwards filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, Z.G., alleging injuries after receiving two human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on March 2, 2022, and September 22, 2022. The petition was filed on January 21, 2025.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options. On January 18, 2025, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
