Cassandra Lynn v. HHS - HPV, other (2025)

Cassandra Lynn filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 8, 2025. She alleged injuries resulting from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on August 24, 2021, November 8, 2021, and April 20, 2022.
