Stephina Fuller v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Stephina Fuller filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on March 22, 2024, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on May 4, 2021, July 6, 2021, and November 8, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On November 20, 2024, Ms. Fuller timely filed a notice to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw. Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
