Amira Watson filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 19, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on December 21, 2021, and February 21, 2022. Because a decision had not been issued within the statutorily allowed time, a notice was issued to the petitioner.
