Danielle Bailey v. HHS - HPV, localized scleroderma (2024)

Danielle Bailey, as the natural guardian of her minor daughter C.B., filed a petition alleging that C.B. developed localized scleroderma as a result of an HPV vaccination received on January 25, 2021. The petition was filed on December 18, 2023.

Because a decision had not been issued within the statutory 240-day period, a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options. On September 12, 2024, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.

The court granted the withdrawal, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
