Raven Lane-Lee v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

Raven Lane-Lee filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, A.W., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations in May and November 2020. The petition was filed on October 11, 2023.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options. On June 11, 2024, Raven Lane-Lee timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
