Frances Montgomery filed a petition for compensation on behalf of her minor child, E.M., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on October 15, 2020, and April 23, 2021. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On June 6, 2024, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw the petition.

Proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
