Jaimee Palm filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, H.D., alleging injuries after receiving two human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on August 10, 2020, and August 11, 2021. The petition was filed on April 15, 2024.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On April 11, 2024, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.
