Amanda Yates filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on June 8, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on June 24, 2020, and February 3, 2021. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On February 23, 2024, Ms. Yates timely filed a notice to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw. Accordingly, proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded, but no judgment on the merits was entered.
