E.H. v. HHS - HPV, other (2024)

David and Judy Hammett filed a petition on behalf of their minor child, E.H., alleging injury after receiving the second dose of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on September 14, 2020. The petition was filed on February 9, 2024.

Because no decision on the merits had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioners were given the option to withdraw their petition or have it remain before the special master. On February 9, 2024, the Hammetts timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

Their request to withdraw was granted, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
