Crystal Morefield v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Crystal Morefield filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.J., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on August 19, 2019, and February 19, 2020. The petition was filed on November 20, 2023.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options. On November 20, 2023, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
