Andrea Leathers v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Andrea Leathers filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 20, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving two doses of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine on March 21, 2007, and April 20, 2007. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.

On November 17, 2023, Ms. Leathers elected to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
