Nadia Noel v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Nadia Noel filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 23, 2023, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on November 2, 2018, January 25, 2019, and February 12, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued allowing the petitioner to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
