Kaitlyn Wilson v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Kaitlyn Wilson filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 20, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on May 10, 2021, July 13, 2021, and November 9, 2021. As no decision had been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options to either withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
