Jessica Brown v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Jessica Brown filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 19, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on December 17, 2019, February 26, 2020, and June 26, 2020. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.
