Tiffany Hudson v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Tiffany Hudson filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on December 19, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on September 25, 2021, December 22, 2021, and June 22, 2022. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On August 16, 2023, Tiffany Hudson elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits of the petition were concluded.
