Youn Hee Lee v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Youn Hee Lee filed a petition on December 19, 2022, alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on January 29, 2021, and June 10, 2022. The petition was filed under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

As no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Youn Hee Lee was notified of her option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On August 16, 2023, Youn Hee Lee timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.
