Michelle Eubanks v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Michelle Eubanks filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, K.L., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on November 12, 2019, and September 14, 2020. The petition was filed on September 18, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the timeframe specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), Petitioner was notified of her option to withdraw the petition. On September 11, 2023, Petitioner elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
