April York v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

On December 8, 2022, April York filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.Y., alleging injury following an HPV vaccination on August 15, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the statutory timeframe, the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition.

On August 7, 2023, the petitioner elected to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, concluding the proceedings.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
