Erika Franks v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Erika Franks filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on July 13, 2023, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on November 26, 2019, January 21, 2020, and February 18, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On July 7, 2023, Ms. Franks timely filed a notice to withdraw her petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
