Juliette Remy v. HHS - Influenza, brachial neuritis (2024)

Juliette Remy, initially represented by her mother Trina Remy, filed a petition alleging brachial neuritis resulting from an influenza vaccine received on November 27, 2019. Juliette Remy later reached the age of majority and replaced her mother as the petitioner.
