Lukeeber Grant v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Lukeeber Grant filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, B.G., alleging injury following an HPV vaccination on December 11, 2019. The petition was filed with the Court of Federal Claims on October 17, 2022.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On June 15, 2023, Lukeeber Grant elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
