Sylvia Kline v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Sylvia Kline filed a petition on June 5, 2023, on behalf of her minor child, B.H., alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on November 26, 2019, and December 2, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued.
