Leeann Phillips-McAraw v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Leeann Phillips-McAraw filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, K.M., alleging injuries after receiving an HPV vaccination on June 19, 2019. The petition was filed on February 17, 2023.

Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of their option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On February 16, 2023, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the withdrawal request, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded. No judgment on the merits was entered.
