Erika Snell v. HHS - HPV, other (2023)

Erika Snell filed a petition for compensation on May 12, 2022, alleging injuries after receiving two human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on April 30, 2019, and November 8, 2019. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued informing the petitioner of her options.

On February 3, 2023, Erika Snell elected to withdraw her petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw.

Accordingly, the proceedings on the merits of this petition are concluded, and no judgment on the merits will be entered.
