Rebecca Sullivan v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Rebecca Sullivan filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.S., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on July 29, 2019, and July 29, 2020. Because no decision had been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified of the option to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master.
