A.G. v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Michelle Gill, on behalf of her minor child A.G., filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on February 2, 2022. The petition alleged that A.G. suffered injuries after receiving Gardasil human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on August 10, 2018, and March 15, 2019.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of their options. On January 4, 2022, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, and this order concluded the proceedings on the merits, with no judgment entered.
