Jodie Johnson v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Jodie Johnson filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on January 24, 2022. She alleged that she suffered injuries after receiving Gardasil human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations on April 20, 2018, August 2018, and November 6, 2018.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued. On December 17, 2021, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted her request, and this Order concludes the proceedings on the merits, with no judgment to be entered by the Clerk's Office.
