Ashley Parmer v. HHS - HPV, other (2022)

Ashley Parmer filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on November 22, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on February 3, 2014, March 10, 2014, and August 7, 2014.
