Caroline Cantera v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Caroline Cantera filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 18, 2021, alleging injuries after receiving human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations in March and April of 2018. Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued advising the petitioner of her options.

On July 6, 2021, Petitioner timely filed a notice to withdraw the petition. The Chief Special Master granted her request to withdraw the petition, and the proceedings on the merits were concluded.

No judgment on the merits was entered.
