Krystal Baucom v. HHS - HPV, other (2021)

Krystal Baucom filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, A.M., alleging injuries from human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinations received on May 21, 2019, July 16, 2019, and November 19, 2019. The petition was filed on October 4, 2021.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), the petitioner was notified that she could withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On September 30, 2021, Krystal Baucom elected to withdraw the petition.

The Chief Special Master granted the request to withdraw, concluding proceedings on the merits. No judgment on the merits was entered.
