Michael Kochenderfer v. HHS - HPV, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2022)

Michael Kochenderfer filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program on October 27, 2020, alleging he suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) as a result of an HPV vaccine administered on January 10, 2019. The Chief Special Master issued a decision awarding Petitioner a lump sum payment of $51,363.67.
