Patricia Hoover v. HHS - HPV, movement disorder, brain fog, sleep disruption, and back pain (2021)

Patricia Hoover filed a petition on behalf of her minor child, L.H., alleging that L.H. developed a movement disorder, brain fog, sleep disruption, and back pain as a result of receiving the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination on November 6, 2017, and May 21, 2018. The petition was filed on October 14, 2020.

Because a decision had not been issued within the time specified by Vaccine Rule 10(b), a notice was issued allowing the petitioner to withdraw the petition or have it remain before the special master. On July 6, 2021, Patricia Hoover elected to withdraw the petition.

The Special Master granted this request, concluding the proceedings. No judgment on the merits was entered.
