Valerie Sloan v. HHS - HPV, primary ovarian insufficiency/infertility (2020)

Valerie Sloan filed a petition alleging that she developed primary ovarian insufficiency and infertility as a result of the HPV vaccines she received on January 17, March 21, and July 23, 2007. The petition was filed on April 8, 2019.
