On July 7, 2025, Nancy Vazquez Campoverde filed a petition alleging a left shoulder injury related to vaccine administration after receiving an HPV vaccine on May 9, 2024. Respondent conceded entitlement.

The Rule 4(c) report concluded that she had no prior left shoulder pain, inflammation, or dysfunction; that pain began within 48 hours after an intramuscular vaccination; that pain and reduced range of motion were limited to the vaccinated shoulder; and that no other condition explained the shoulder pain.
