Vicki Lipka v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) (2026)

On May 5, 2025, Vicki Lipka filed a petition alleging that an influenza vaccine administered on October 14, 2023 caused Guillain-Barre syndrome. The public ruling identifies her as an adult petitioner but does not state her exact age.
