Jack Benmayor v. HHS - Influenza, Guillain-Barre syndrome resulting in death (2026)

On May 1, 2025, Susan Green, as executor of the estate of Jack Benmayor, filed a petition alleging that an influenza vaccination administered on October 13, 2023 caused Guillain-Barre syndrome that resulted in Mr. Benmayor's death.
