Steven Edward Forst, Jr. v. HHS - Td/Tetanus, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2026)

Steven Edward Forst, Jr. filed a petition for compensation on March 10, 2026, alleging he suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) after receiving a tetanus-diphtheria (Td) vaccine on October 19, 2023.
