Gloria J. Condon v. HHS - Pneumococcal, shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) (2026)

Gloria J. Condon filed a petition for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, alleging she suffered a shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) after receiving a pneumococcal conjugate vaccine on October 13, 2023.

She further alleged that she experienced residual symptoms for more than six months. Respondent denied that the petitioner sustained a SIRVA Table injury or that the vaccine caused her alleged shoulder injury or any other injury.

Despite these denials, the parties filed a joint stipulation agreeing that compensation should be awarded. Chief Special Master Corcoran found the stipulation reasonable and adopted it as the decision awarding damages.

Ms. Condon was awarded a lump sum of $30,000.00 for all items of damages.
