Cynthia E. Coronel v. HHS - Influenza, anaphylaxis and/or shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (“SIRVA”) (2026)

Cynthia E. Coronel filed a petition for vaccine compensation alleging that she suffered from anaphylaxis and/or shoulder injury related to vaccine administration (SIRVA) as a result of her influenza vaccination on October 11, 2023.

She alleged that the vaccine was administered in the United States, that she suffered residual effects for more than six months, and that there had been no prior award or settlement for her injuries. Respondent denied that Petitioner sustained a Table injury or that the flu vaccine caused her alleged injuries.

The parties filed a joint stipulation agreeing to settle the case. Pursuant to the stipulation, the court awarded Cynthia E.

Coronel $30,000.00 in compensation for all damages.
